Product Review

Highly recommended!

Rating:

I bought the Walker 12 for my 79-year-old mother. It serves as a replacement for her health insurance company's rollator.
The Walker 12 is superior in all disciplines. The large tyres effortlessly overcome the usual holes and bumps on footpaths. The ergonomic handles provide support and absorb shocks well.
The workmanship is impeccable. Tyres and axles with bearings promise long, carefree fun. The brakes can be easily adjusted to suit the user. I find the guided steering of the front wheels ingenious and unique. The ‘bouncing around’ of the front wheels has finally come to an end.
The frame is stable and cast from a single mould.
I would also like to mention the dedicated service. If you need it, it is always there to help.

There are a few downsides:
- the bag, which comes at extra cost, is relatively small. It's enough for a wallet and one utensil. It is not suitable for small purchases.
- The device is made in China. Inappropriate for a product in this price range. TRIONIC can do the same in Europe.
CONCLUSION: if you are not afraid of the price, you will get a reasonable product and a lot of fun.

  • OVER THE MOON…

I was cautious to buy due to the price. I tried others in the shop (UK) and was appalled by the wobbly feelings they induce in me.

I wanted something stable, easy to take on the UK (stagecoach) buses and would accommodate my arthritic Pomeranian.…

  • Excellent bit of kit…

Excellent. From my previous average 20m range, the world has now expanded so much that I was able to take my youngest round the dinosaur museum (him sitting on the seat, facing forward, when he got tired).

  • Very good quality…

Expensive but worth the quality of life it brings. As opposed to an ordinary walker. The first day I walked 5 miles around an indoor shopping mall. I was tired at the end of it. But something I could never have done before. I have used it on rough gr…

    Hi,
I just got back from a walk here in Sundsvall close to the new E4 bridge by the bay.
The bridge won't be finished until 2014, so here there are temporary dirt roads mixed with paved segments.
The Veloped worked just perfectly. I was out 45 min…

I am aged 84 with bad legs and balance;a passionate salmon fly fisherman. This year my balance is so bad that I can't fish in the normal way[standing up in a rocky river] without falling in !However my Veloped Sport is enabling me to keep fishing.I wa…

Had my Veloped Trek for about 6 years, so impressed with the quality and durability.

Best customer & after sales service I've seen.

  • Freedom at last.…

My wife had major back surgery and we had a fairly nice walker for her to use before and after the surgery. It is nothing compared to the Trionic we purchased. The engineering and craftsmanship are superb and obviously of high quality. It has given h…
